wp DB password issue .. please help

I accidentally change my wordpress DB password (cause the old one is auto generate and i change to my own password), now my wordpress having problem to connect to local host ....

"Error establishing a database connection"
Which file and where can i mod/reintall the my new password to make everything ok ?
