WP-Cron.php --> I'm going to jump off a bridge

    I upgraded to wordpress 2.6.2 and now I keep getting shut down by my web host (BlueHost) because of "high CPU usage".

    I have tried searching for info on wp-cron.php but I have not yet found an answer.

    I would like to know what wp-cron.php is and how I can fix this problem before I jump off of a bridge.

    I'm at the ledge, please help!

    Are you using some plugin for automated posting? WP- cron is most likely used in such autopost plugins.
    You can drop that wp-cron thing and can use unix cron through your hosting cpanel.
    Also try to find out the excat reason for high CPU use.
    Feel free to PM me the details and I will try my best to help you... [free of cost :D]
