WP Contact us Plugin

Hi

Can someone tell me which one is the best "Contact us" plugin?? I want something that can be customized easily and have the option to add more fields in the page.

Basically, I need this to use as "Submit" where people can submit some contents using this form. So, if there is some other Plugin that can be used do tell me.

But still, i need a good "Contact Us" plugin.

Can you please help

All that i see is a blank page

 

I also use wp-contact form, I find it works well but I do get a lot of spam though it, it would be good if it could have some sort of captcha confirmation.

 

I personally used WP-Contact too.... It works just like what I wanted.

I shifted to blogger from wordpress . It Makes my job quite easy .
