WP coding

My theme currently with inbuilt tab and HOME tab is the standard, so is that possible i Change the "HOME" tab and redirect to other site ?

Try changing the href of the <a> link. eg.

go to
http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
and change your Blog address (URL)
Note you must have a pretty up to date version of wordpress in order to do this (2.7+ i think)
