WP Cache Plug is, WTF is that code at the top?

    I installed the wordpress cache' and followed the installation directions to put this little piece of code in wp-config (define('WP_CACHE', true);
    So now it shows up on the top of my page?

    This can't be right. Where in the wp-config file am I supposed to place this piece of code so it's not visible? And it also screwed up my RSS feed.(Blog)

    Any help?
