WP blog - someone is getting to Index.php file and modifying it

    How to stop this

    some one is modifying the index.php file.

    2.9.1 version - are there any known issues with this version?

    What is the best way to secure the blog?

    when in admin it is showing something like
    dailymotion-com.rayfile.com.keezmovies-com.yourauthentic.ru

    What is this? how to stop this if it is a virus or malware etc
