    Is this a dropped domain? Presume it is, since it is a PR4 without any backlinks at all and only 5 pages indexed in Yahoo, but just want you to confirm that in any case.

    TO check dropped domain you can check the domain age, IF the age was so short such as 1-3 month then it has high PR, it's a dropped domain. [this what i knew-perhaps other can help :) ]
    You can check this domain age too with ur own "weapon" dude :)
