    Yes, I am a peon on this forum... so my credibility ON THIS FORUM may be ignored. But, I think the header is too busy. Some of that can be moved to side bars or removed all together. Essentially, you just cut and paste the header from the website. The rest of the site looks pretty good, so I would tweak the header design... my two cents. :)

    I do not like this messed up graphic. Looks like webdesign 10 years ago.
    There are better ways to attract people to go on exploring this site.
