WP autoblog plugin not working

    that's my first time using WordPress I installed it without any problem then I installed a plugin called WP autoblog when I run it it gave me this error message :

    "Warning: MagpieRSS: Failed to fetch /www/99k.org/t/e/c/technolust/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-autoblog/rss_fetch.inc on line 237"

    yeah I found what the bug is but never tries
    it's about a host blocking some sort of service related to RSS
