Yes. Absolutely. Set for 666 and the dir list shows rw- rw- rw-. I also tried 777 just to see if permisions were the problem. They aren't.
Gee, this is weird... and are you sure that when you created the file you gave it the exact filename the coop asked for?
Cut and paste. So pretty sure... It looked so simple I really don't know where I could have messed it up! ...though the fault probably is mine.
Longshot: Actually when you call the file, try putting in the exact location of the file - /home/username/public_html/ads_file.php
Oops my bad. You could edit the .php file and put in the exact location of the .txt file. I have seen that help on rare occasions.
