If you would like to be include in the testimonials section or need any kind of help please contact me. (You cant find it yet on ClickBank market place so message me if you would like to hop like) Looking to work with you Cheers Shay
Now it can be found on ClickBank marketplace. Search for "wpaffelite" Thanks for your cooperation. Shay
shay - I recommend a short Camtasia showing the wonders of your project in one minute. But the big issue is the " - elite" extension in the name. "Elite" is the branding that Brad Callen uses for his products (Keyword Elite, etc.), which might lead to some problems. Let's say he gets pissed off and tries to stop you. Trademark law would swing more in his direction than in yours. This isn't likely to happen, but it could. At the very least, your searches are all messed up. Searching for your product instead brings up Callen's products. His products are so embedded in the marketplace, that you won't be able to dislodge them from the searches. Unless you're affiliated with Callen or partnering with him, you may want to consider rebranding your product. I know it's pain in the butt, but better now than 3 months from now. Just my 2 cents...
As for the video, I am working on that. I am also looking for blog owner to produce this king of their own video using WP Affiliate Elite. You all welcome. As for the Elite. I checked that issue and found no legal problem since the WP Affiliate Elite is not a registered trademark nor the domain that was free. To be honest I use SEO Elite and I like Brad products so if I can help by bringing his products on search I don't mind. Who knows maybe Brad will like this product as well
flip - I don't think the word "elite" attached to something is copyright protected. In fact I have to say - no way in hell.
flip Just because Brad used "elite" on his products, it doesn't mean that no one else can use it. I am using "4Idiots" on my blog, which might associate with Fat Loss 4 Idiots, so what? By the way, you should tell Brad about Xbox 360 Elite, maybe he will consider suing Microsoft for trademark issues
I like the xbox thing I don't think Brad will mind. He looks like a nice guy. Anyway....to let you know I got my first sale Lets see how far I can go with this product.
Yeah I see nothing wrong with you using elite, I mean if you make a search engine called googles, then that would be a problem, but using the word "elite" at the end of the product I see no issue with personally, however as said above I personally would try to use something different for your own branding and ensuring you're #1 with no other product ties to yours, especially in the same marketplace. So yeah you definitely shouldn't have legal issues in my eyes goodluck on the product.
wpaffiliatepro.com is your competitor Am I right? I already bought this plugin a year ago but no sales made through this plugin generated links.
You need to know how to monetize your blog. To pick the right keywords and the right affiliate program to promote. Above all you need traffic. Not necessarily huge amount of traffic. Its not just about buying software or plug-in. You need to know to use it well. You can make money from your blog. You need to invest the time to try several programs until you will find the ones that best fit with your visitors type. WP Affiliate Elite was developed as a need that I myself found. I tried many other solutions before I decided to developed it. Eahc one with its own lack. WP Affiliate Elite is only going to improve since I have lots of great ideas around it. Good luck with your Blog Shay
Hello, A new page on WP Affiliate Elite website for affiliate marketeers with some banners Check it: http://www.wpaffiliateelite.com/affiliates.php Thank you for your cooperation Shay
Shay: You wrote "To pick the right keywords and the right affiliate program to promote." True, but... If you click my signature (st website) you would go to my website selling digital products. Many of the "right affiliate programs" are featured there. Despite no problem in getting traffic, money = 0 because once the sales pages were accessed via cloaked affiliated links, the visitors would use their own affiliate links or links they would get a share. I don't think I want to promote your product because those bloggers who know how to cloak their links would surely know how to get the actual sales pages and get the their own clickbank's link.
The market is huge. You will be surprised that even those who know that they should cloak their affiliate links, look for a solution and still they are the minority. You are assuming that most of the blogger know about cloaking - you are wrong. You are examine the problem from you own eye which is never a good thing do to as an affiliate marketer. Think this way: If you will teach someone about cloaking and on the same time you will offer a solution for it you have a big chance to make a sale. Its a fact - Blog owners like this product and buy it. I can tell you that more and more affiliate are getting to know this product. Two are doing very well. Cheers, Shay
Shay: Thanks for your comment but I will now promote ebooks for health issues, hobbies, etc. Two of the latest ebooks I'm promoting is about solar panels and patio ideas (with 60-day money back guarantees).
