Yesterday i just upgrade my WP to 3.0 version.
I'm using default WP 3.0 themes and all the plugins work fine,
but this morning i can't log into my WP admin.
    i already try :
resend wp admin pass using simple script, and i already receive my pass via email BUT the password can't work either.

does anyone knows how to solve this problem, without reinstall WP ?
    thanks

Isn't there a way to delete the current password and reset it to a default by deleting a file in your ftp?

If it's just the password you should be able to download your wp-config.php file and edit the password in notepad or a text editor, then reupload it.

You might want to save a renamed file first before editing it.

If you can get into your PHPMyadmin you can enter a new password straight into there using MD5 conversion.

You can login into cpanel, then edit wp-config.php and reset your password then save it..

With MD5 it works, i have tried many times, and i made a video tutorial easy to follow as well, feel free to check, and let me know if it works.
