    Hi Chengangtc,

    Taihu may have been a tourist destination in the past, and be again in the future, but there has been some problems with algae (as you can see in the pictures) in May 2007. They plan to finish cleaning the lake by 2012, and that would probably be a very nice place to go at that time.
