WOW weight changes!!

Hi,

Did sth change in weight algo...

Today validation gives 2-10 times more weight that normal

I've never been given a 30k+ weight before :d

 

Mine's still the same. Maybe you just got a lot more pages indexed?

 

My weight sky rocketed too. I think this has something to do with Google updating all my pages.

 

I lost about 40 k in the past couple days

 

I had a weight crash...and then I spent an hour re-validating the sites to get most of the fat back!!!!

I'm also wondering why my weight change was so drastic. From nothing right up to just under 1000. Not that I am complaining - but I would like to replicate the results again

Tip: If you got a new site that suddenly got PR...go re-validate!!!!

 

Exactly! And check your "Pages in URL" because that has increased dramatically for me.

 

Well, My weight sits at 50% of original after revalidation.

 

Mine was around 8K for the longest time on one site, then crashed down to around 600 with no changes in indexing, PR, etc. I kept revalidating a couple times a day, no help, it would go up a hundred, down a hundred, but no big difference. Then I heard something about Big Daddy update and figured I'd try again, whammo, above 16K weight just on the one site that has, and always had for months, PR4 and 23,000 pages indexed.

Well its obvious, a lot of us lost weight and others gained. What ive noticed is the number of indexed pages is never stable So Well dont count on your new weight too much

 

Today mine finally shot up by about 15k

 

If you liked the last PR update, then you gained weight. If you didn't like it...you lost weight!!!!

Only a moron would say PR is not important!!! (And a lot of people do say it's not important!!!)
