Sexual harassment exists in every country not just Egypt. I do not see any trends with regards to the report. It is just reporting per se, there is no attempts to compare one country against another or one religion against another.
Egypt is not only the country which is facing this probelm almost all country is facing this. This will be there where human servives
The Middle East countries are still in a state of the stone age, where women didn't have rights and freedoms. It's not sexual harassment, it's just their beliefs. They believe men are superior to women.
Yes you are right, also according to their holy book women are not allowed to show any part of her body not even eyes, and even some of you might not believe - these women are also not allowed to even touch the shadow of any other person (man) except her husband this is not sexual harrasment but their religious faith/boundation/culture.
