Guys, Just logged into my account as you do every day! Noticed one click today on one of my sites has earned me $3.16, this is the highest I have seen in my account for one click. Im impressed, wish I knew why it was so high. Will an image ad earn more than a text ad? Do you get rates this high? The site has nothing to do with loans, credit, mortgages, gambling or anything like that either. Steve
Was is a AdSense for Search click or a Content one? Try to analysis your keywords to find out which one did so well. And above all, congratulations!

That is just bad AdWords managing I have several 2-3-4$ clicks at http://news.ayanev.com - usually I'm getting 0.1 - max 0.25$ per click, but one of 1000 is ~3$
I've had $3 clicks before, and I basically just chalked it up to a certain advertiser having a big budget. I never did anything different, and they were just regular Adsense ad units...
It could be bad adwords manaqgement, or it could be that they were in fierce competition for this particular keyword.
never got 3+ myself. but i did get some 2+ links in my gardening blog, i did try working on that topic but it never worked out
$3/per click means google rate a site higher? I notice same keyword in same site got different prices in different times.
There's nothing to do with morgtages, be serious, the adwords user is just a noob, that's why you got 3$, be happy with it
I see some $2 clicks sometimes, and I believe I got a $3+ click a couple of times, but these are pretty rare.
