Wow I received my first negative iTrader EVER

Wow, I have just received my first negative iTrader ever for SEO service that I provided to a user.

The user decided to change the URL as I was optimizing his/her site. I was a bit mad about this considering all the time I basically wasted optimizing a site that he/she told me to do work on, but I was nice about it and offered him/her service (no extra charge obviously) for their new URL.

User was never available to chat over instant messenger as I requested day after day, and was not reliable. I simply then tried requesting the necessary information for the URL, such as the new site name, targetted audience, etc.

I find it totally ridiculous that this user today gives me a negative iTrader after months and months of me trying to work with him/her. It isn't that hard to communicate via PM, email, or instant messenger. I offered the work continuously as I was going to do it even though I had completed it, but the user I guess just felt the need to give a negative. Communication is the absolute foundation for any positive transaction!

The user who gave me a negative here is Heritage. You can obviously tell that the user has no experience with transactions.

It makes me mad that users can do this to people. This basically bashed my reputation as a member and seller...out of 51 transactions, mostly me as the seller, I receive a negative, for a service that I DID provide. It's not my fault he/she decided to "change" the URL; there should be no expectation for me to do work for the new URL, as I already put in the hours for the old one, but the worst part is that I DID offer to put the same amount of hours into the new URL of him/her.

Sorry, I just had to rant about this...it's absolutely obsurd in my opinion.
Moderators, please don't delete this. I'm not trying to argue about this or anything because believe me he/she got a negative from me; I'm simply pointing out that I don't think people should get involved in transactions if they don't know general business.

Communication is key, which fortunately is something that I am consistently practicing to maintain smooth transactions. Amazing, 6 months later, this user decides to complain.

    Rubbish.

Your iTrader Feedback Score is still 50; I wouldn't worry too much about it. :)

True. By all means I'm not trying to whine, I'm just simply questioning how people or even why people do this...and of course a red rep wagon on the user wouldn't be too bad either.

Wow this user just left me another negative iTrader for no reason just because I left him one. I'm reporting him to a mod.

YOU told me to change the URL -- I have the PM for it -- YOU never did the work and I gave you negitive feedback first -- your feedback has been reported -- I don't care if you and your buddies attack me - YOU DID NOT DO THE WORK AND REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY. The only work you did was a site evaluation AFTER I changed the URL at your request.

Wow! Thankfully DP staff is very fast I guess!!
In any case I definately did get two negatives, and here's proof.

It amazes me that people like this expect to do business. Not only are they NOT professional, and fraudulent, but they're immature too.

How about because you NEVER did the work after 6 months...other than a brief site evaluation and when I asked for a refund (less maybe the 5 hours of work for the evaluation as I am not unreasonable).

And it is I who gave you the negative feedback first -- why do you wish to embellish?

Wow and I did, and have tried communicating with you to do even more work for your new URL.

Other members can see that you're a fraudulent user. You're intolerable, and try to make this into an argument. Thankfully, I practice ethical business.

Why does a thread have to be started about this?

And why can't you two deal with this like two respectable people?

Though the iTrader incident was involved my discussion was not entirely about this Rob. I was trying to point out that communication is key in any successful smooth transaction, to be quite honest. :-\

Although I don't think the trader rating is exactly "fair", I wasn't the one coming into this thread making an argument.

Do you think I'm stupid or something?

Or do you really convince yourself of these things?
