Wow, I can earn with Digitalpoint via Adsense?

today I was editing my profile, I was in http://forums.digitalpoint.com/profile.php?do=editoptions and I saw this :

It is true? I can really earn money on Digitalpoint via Adsense?

Did you already earn some money?

 

right now i joined and i think my revnue will shoot up from digital point forum.

 

It's called revenu sharing, and you might make some money or you might not. Depends on a lot of variables. Don't expect to get rich however as the clickthroughs are not going to be that high. Think about the audience, it's not like they don't know what Adsense is... but then again you are just now discovering this is a rev share forum. So try it, test it, and see for yourself.

 

You may make a few dollars here and there from DP revenue sharing, but, in general, webmasters do not click ads. I have been at DP for nearly a year and I've had 3 clicks . I got around $1 per click though

Yes, you can earn some money via adsense revenue sharing but this earning is not much.

Ok, first I did not earn anything.
Second, number of registered became very big, earning will be shared by a big number of users...
Let's say this forum earns $a , and there are n registered, then every one will get $a/n ( but who post more, get more, I think), if it's less than $0.01, no one will get something ...

yes you can take advantage of adsense revenue sharing with DP but don;t get your hopes too high as you wont be making much. ads with your pub id wil only be displayed 50% of the time on the threads you start. how many time a thread you start will be viewed and out of 50% of the time your ads being displayed, what are your chances of someone clicking on your ads makes it clear how much you can earn

This is very bad, what if bad people who know it's his ads, click and click again many time until he's banned ? Or copy his id to a website against tos, let's say to do tests with it ?
It's really not safe to publish the adsense id !

But you may get some visitors by your activity on DP and earn money from your own site!

It's like a very old news since DP was one of the first to do adsense revenue sharing back in 2004 (adsense is born in 2003) and since then lots of websites and forums do it too, hey even I have one!

 

There's a lot of adsense publishers participate on the revenue sharing program. You are also welcomed to try it. Just don't expect too high.

 

i think after almost 3 yrs, i earn less than $1. NOT BAD!

Yes it's safe to share your pub ID, because it is publically available anyway, since it is in clear in your html source code!

i heard some guy claiming that he earns $40+ per month thru DP. can this be true? or did he stretch his figures just a little too much?

 

yes, i would say this is another way and members mostly will not click your ads..so you can expect only from the outside...any way just try....i'll do in future...may be.

 

Anyway I like it and you can make more royalty to the site too.
