    he must be getting more than 50% CTR from main page of www.download-by.ne t as ppl have the habit of clicking on first link in tabbed browsing. And the first 5 links are only google ads.

    what you mean anywhere? well google has seen their sites and gave them premium as they give lot of traffic.they can put anywhere i think.
