    After reviewing your issue, I feel that the previous violation found with
    your site concerning altering the AdSense ad code is a fixable one. As
    such, if you'd like to re-enable ad serving to the domain
    www.#####.com, please update your ad implementation to comply
    with our program policies. At that point, I'll be happy to re-review your
    site for eligibility in AdSense.

    Once ad-serving is re-enabled, any publisher with an active AdSense
    account will be able to display ads on this site.

    No, I did send them 1 mail and they answered that Ill never be able to display ads on that site again, it was like 4-5 months ago.
