I think the image should look more sandy and blueish coloured to coexist with the rest of the style. Stop using space backgrounds!! AHHHH!

Apart from the logo everything looks swell Maybe make some cool dhtml drop down boxes from those links at the top 8)

I would suggest using a different font or color for the text in the header image. Other than that, the site looks good, and the navigation is easy.
