    My mistake then. I noticed there was a "Free Submission" something like "open X days per week", and I never saw it open, at least not in the last year or more.

    Either way, good luck to the new owners. Nice to see a directory can actually sell... :cool:

    With property you usually leverage a mortgage, so if a property yeilds 10k a year and you have a 100k house you would probably only have 20k in the property..
