Normally I would let a webmaster know that he is violating the TOS, but this guy is obviously doing it knowing it is not allowed. The correct thing to do is report to yahoo.

"Is either of this allowed?" I think you know the answer to your own question. Common, you've been bringing up topics like these for a while now. Just let yahoo take care of it. No need to let everyone on this forum know "Ohhh my god look at this site its violating the YPN TOS!!".

Wow!!! When did you become a member of the YPN Police! Nothing like a good dose of tattle-telling on forums! Everyone go look for more violators and post them here!

My mum always said don't interfere in others business unless it affects you. Why is everyone so worried about what someone else is doing? They are violating TOS yippie. Let YPN handle YPN issues. If you think that they are hurting your business than report them otherwise who cares.

The reason I tell others about violations is because they are ruining it for other people... If that site gets clicks because they tell people to click, that means less money for other people because the advertiser runs out of money...

I think its only a matter of time before they get banned, that is if Yahoo find out about it.

    Good advice.

It's like those people on the highway who block the speeding lane, acting like they are doing everyone a favor. Truth is, they should let the police take care of the speeders. Why? You never know why someone is speeding, Could be the driver has an extremely sick child in the car, and is trying to get to the closest emergency room. U never know.

I agree that the site owner should be reported for encouraging clicks, because it can lead to advertisers getting cheated. So why not just report the site and end it there? Why post here about it? Why are you concerned about 8 ad units on the page? Do the extra ad units affect you? I don't think so.

    As always, IMO.
