I only use SEO and bum marketing, but I have only seen a mild increase over the last week.

Are you still giving away free copies of your ebook?

If you plan to sell it, first give away 25 copies for free in exchange for comments and/or testimonials.

Use the comments from others to rewrite the ebook and then sell it. And use the testimonials for the website.

BTW, make sure that I am included in the first 25 free copies of the ebook
