    Exactly!
    This is breaking adsense TOS

You have Home, and then bellow it you have Warcraft and the the ads.

    You simply can't!

BTW, I have 1 theme that I use at around 7 sites that gets an average above 10% :)

Ermm... well, I can show you one of those...

    www.themules.net - over 14% last month. ;)

Of course you might get highly targeted ads or not, so I have the same theme showing only 7%, in any case the average for the all sites is a bit above 10%

Yes in your face ads work well :D

And it is so obvious when you have targeted ads and when you have not so targeted ads on your sites. Sometimes the ctr is above 10% and then for two days you get a lot lower under 10% ctr. I check website and there are jerky ads there ....

Have you tried the same layout without borders? If so what results did you get then?

    Much worse results. :)

It's the typical ad blindness. Borders are an easy way to catch your attention.

Very High blending is not always the best choice.

I have 1 website (I won't disclaim this one) where I have an average over 30%.
It's a blogspot and I use more or less the same ad positioning. I use borders and everything else, the point is that I get awesomly targeted ads, so I get great results... :)
