To let everyone know what the plans are, I have decided to post here. I hope it is not an illegal bump, but there are too many of you to contact by PM, email, and to the few that "preferred me to contact them via Skype". To reply to all of those waiting. I am currently getting set to jump on the bandwagon of over 100 giveaways. You know the type, where every marketer in the world jumps in to get all of the free software and PLR they can get their hands on by signing up for ever abundant email lists. I will be giving away my own ebook of course, and you can see some of the hilarious, though unfinished promo for it in the website sidebar. This is the long way to get writing jobs, as it is complete with an autoresponder and a giveaway, as well as an affilaite program. I have resolved the affiliate script issue, so all marketers who visit my giveaway will also be able to join the affiliate program from the start.

This 2 pronged approach of offering content services as well as an affiliate program to the visitors should bring in a good amount of leads, of which I will follow up on vigorously, both by manual and automated means. This should produce some orders, as well as bring in an extra outside sales force from the same prospect pool.

To the people who are already asking people if anyone has made a dime off of this yet, the answer is no. (f you read my responses you probably would have figured that), but do not dispair. The money I put in the title line is realistic. I am charging 3-6 cents a word, and 2/3 of that will go to the writer. 1/6 will go to the affiliate, and 1/6 I will keep (just letting those know who seem to have more of an avid interest in my motives than in submitting a writing sample for review). That might not seem like alot, but as my content packages are geared toward complete web projects, even an affiliate at 1/6th share stands to make a little over $60-$300 on each sale.

As for the applicants that have submitted content, I thank you. Your content has not been stolen, or posted on line in any fashion, and this is no scam, but it has been a lot of initial hard work with some technical delay. I want to make sure that my CS arrangements can handle the amount of lead inquiries I anticipate (statistically calculated as 1/2 of 1 percent of giveaway flow funnelled to my page signing to get the ebook, with a conversion rate of contracts at about 1% of that, and a parallel affiliate signup rate calculated slightly higher, with 3% of that same .5% of traffic). As you see the numbers are modest, and I hope for more, however even at these levels business should be good, as with estimated traffic, that is around 7500 sign ups this month, and around 75 - $300-$2000 orders not including single PLR copy and small article blocks. With time, the 200 or so affiliate I expect to pick up,and repeat business, will only cause these numbers to increase.

Now you can see why I am double and triple checking my CS and affiliate communications.

I appreciate the patience, and I do apologize if I requested applicants earlier than I might have otherwise. I admit there have been small delays, but I can not say that I hold much regret about it, because if I would have gone forward as is, it would have been an incomplete and probably unsustainable project. I want to ensure our success, and I hope that you understand.

I am doing this out of the goodness of my heart...and out of greed. I want to help my fellow writers, but I admit I want paid too, and the only way I can command the prices, and thus the profits I wish for us both, is to have a solid foundation to request it from, and this is what I am spending my time building.

I hope everyone is well, and I WILL be contacting some of you really soon. I am really excited about some of the foreign language offers I have recieved, as well as the English content staple. I have a friend checking into Spanish and Porteguese niche targets for exploiting, as there seemed to be enough interest and talent to pursue them in the future.

I hope this answered most of the questions and concerns people had. Caio.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for posting that long update. I haven't received a PM reply as of yet-- so for the writers with whom you'd like to partner with but have not received a PM reply yet (like me! :) ), when can we expect one with a yay or nay?

    Thanks,
    Matt
