    gOS is not Google OS, read the fine print at the bottom of the site.
    gOS is based on Ubuntu Linux 7.10 Gutsy with a different GUI and some Google menu launcher Links.

    Yes, I would try it...probably would like to move to macOS soon.

    I read somewhere it'll be called GoOS :p

    Unfortunately most of the programmes people generally use are based on win32, this is one of the reasons I cant move to Mac becasue alot of programmes that I need are windows based.

    Yeah Yeah Yeah, I can dual boot or use bootcamp from a mac or vice versa but its not the same.

    This will be the problem I think that a Google OS will bring, the issue of cross OS compatibility.

    Apple has been around for years and years and still cant run many of the programmes I require so I think a google OS may take quite a long while to take off and to get people switched onto it.
