ok, so i have an idea. but would like some input., would anyone value from VERY cheap VPS's systems?

    like 32 - 50MB RAM?
    5 GB disk space
    200 GB bandwidth?

    processor's are 1GHZ.

if you were looking for one, how much would you be wanting to pay for this?. ( resonable of course)

thanks and hope to hear from you

well you could run your website on it. your Forum software most shared wont allow,. (vbulletin sometimes take high CPU)

or if you need a small space for script testing or anything

This will greatly depend on your requirements and on what you are planning to use the VPS for. I wouldn't recommend going for one of such cheap vps's unless your task is not resource intensive at all.

If the service is cheap that does not mean that is quality one.
    That is truth.

I think the RAM is too little, nowadays I wouldn't start lower than 128MB. 128MB would be fine for a small VPS, for example for running OpenVPN. I used a Xen VPS with only 128MB and it was actually quite useful.

Yes I'd also say 512MB is great to start with. Especially now that there are quite many budget providers that offer this kind of VPS really cheap.
