Has anyone bought books from sitepoint before? Would it be better to get books from amazon.com for php?

SitePoint's books are printed and availablethrough our website as well as Amazon, Barnes&Noble, Borders and other major bookstores, across all major English speaking countries -- Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and of course, the USA.

I've found Sitepoint books to be pretty good on the whole, they tend to be very well written and laid out. The only negative I would say about them is that I find sometimes they are a little basic compared to what I was expecting although have always taught me something new.

Most of them have sample chapters online, take a read of them and if you like the chapters. Over all I'll say I've never bought a bad sitepoint book.
