Would you rather write 10 500 word articles, or 20 250 word articles?

Since I primarily write articles only for article marketing purposes, I usually keep my articles between 250-350 words at most. People have short attention spans. The longer the article, the less chance they will hit my resource box, unless they really have the time to read it. After all, the point of article marketing is to get people to get through to the link you promote in your resource box.

I can bang out 250 words in less time than it takes to take a sip of coffee.

That said, if it's a subject I'm passionate about, I'd rather have 500 words at my disposal.
