Would you prefer to limit your audience?

Many blogging services, allow you to designate individual ports or your entire blog as available only to those who have the password or to people whom you’ve designated as friends.

Is this a better practice to restrict users or your blog. Please voice your opinion here.

 

It depends upon the type of blog. If its a personal diary then you can limit your audience. But for a pro blog, limiting the audience is killer

 

Another possibilty for limiting your audience is if you've got subscription content.
