It seems that Twitter has become much popular the last few months, and every blogger has an account nowadays.. So I thought to start this poll asking each and everyone of you, what do you value and prefer most, Feed Subscribers or Twitter Followers? and why?

Please vote at: Would You Prefer More Feed Subscribers or Twitter Followers ?

    1. You mean a newsletter ?
It's similar to feed list, the only thing is that you can send a mail to them everytime you want unlike feed list you need to post on your website/blog.

I'd prefer if everyone on the planet just sent me $10 direct through the mail.

Feed subscribers will read your posts and may reach your website each time you post a new article on it. As for Twitter, you need to tweet, and there is less potential that people will read your articles, because Twitter is a social network website was made for networking and not for self promotion.

I would rather have feed subscribers for sure. But, if you learn how to use Twitter and get a group of people who look up to you and build a good Rapport with them. Twitter can bring in MASSIVE traffic. Check this out, you tweet one time about a new post right, some of your own twitter group retweet it to their group and so forth.

I think you get the picture. I just joined Twitter just recently and in 1 day, I had gotten the same amount of traffic to my fairly new blog that I had gotten in the whole month of may....and it happened by the way I mentioned above.

    cheers!

You still need to target them and interact to make those visitors into customers. A ton of followers that are not interested in buying anything is just as useless as a big Stumble.
    Traffic that doesn't convert.

Still you can build a bunch of quality followers who are interested in buying and everything, there you can see the power of Twitter marketing, trust me you can make a living off it.

The only problem is it's hard than finding feed subscribers!

I prefer Feed Subscribers over twitter because most of twitter followers are not really following each updates but just to adds the following/followers count :)

Of course I prefer twitter. My personal account has around 250 followers and my websites twitter acc. has around 5.2k

whenever I tweet something with my websites account it gets retweeted like 15-20 times which means potentially 5.2k + 15-20 times 100-unlimited people see what I want to say. it brings incredible amount of traffic
