What makes you think that Twitter followers would benefit you more than feed subscribers ?

well twitter is an awesome marketing tool and will bring way more traffic than feed subscribers and it's easier to monetize them

    Hello,

Right now as a Internet Marketing company, we would have to lean more toward Feed Subscribers.

This being simply because the feed subscriptions have been around alot longer than Twitter and alot more times tends to show a bit more interest in your niche or topic than Twitter.

Although, I will have to say as Twitter develops more and more the target traffic tends to become higher and higher. I say by the end of the year or early next year, Twitter will start to outweigh Feed Subscriptions.

Well some kind of marketing do work on Twitter and some don't. It also requires a hard work and a good targeted followers. Unlike subscribers you can send them a newsletter and/or post in your blog and they will know about it. The emails marketing is better than Twitter marketing in my opinion.

Since most do not even read one another's pages, they just follow one another to gain more "followers," you'd be wrong.

twitter right now full with spammers....they dont even has enough time to read your messages..its look like come n go...so i prefer feed subsciber since we can monetize it with many way such as adsene or affiliate link inside the post...if someone pick up your feed to put on their blog you get the link back...

You can't say twitter is full of spammers. Why a spammer would follow you ? He actually need followers to spam them!
Also if a spammer followed you, Twitter allows you to block any user you want, feel free to press the block button if he's disturbing you!

I think you have an answer "he actually need followers to spam them". The spammer will follow you with hope you will follow them back.I dont know about others but i think most of us automatically setup to follow back followers that follow you. The real good spammer wouldnt look like a spammer so that they wouldnt caught so fast...For me feed subscriber is better for blog/site and for tweeter is better to used for direct marketing.

That's the problem, members keep setting up that auto follow back which is 100% helps spammers. However, only few people are using it so no worries so far.

Well Twitter followers can be interested in your content though! Some people including me wouldn't follow someone if he's not providing quality content. Because if they're just spamming their account there is no point to follow them.
