I believe you have too many keywords. Your getting ads for sensis, "predict you true love" not exactly what pll want while having a baby. try less keywords and try to get baby product ads.

Here are your keywords on first page

"baby,babies,names,name,first,middle,combinations,combos,baby names,baby name combinations,first and middle baby names,first and middle names,what to name baby,baby name suggestions"

Try baby, babies, child

 

I would place a vertical AdSense unit under you navigation links

 

Thank you so much for your wonderful suggestions. I have wanted to add a box under my navigation, but for some reason or another, the template (website) that I am using does not give me that option.
