No it's not very expensive IMO, yes you do get cheaper stuff but thats a standard.

A cellphone for $35, where the hell do you live lol? My phone cost me 500$...The going rate for tshirts from a decent (not good, decent) is above $100.

not everyone affords to spend so much. not everyone is rich. the majority of people are poor.
maybe you want to purchase some links from me for only $35

 

I'd buy a 35$ T-shirt if I wanted it badly, and I don't see why is that such a big deal.

 

If you want it badly badly that's another story and I agree but for casual t-shirts... I wouldn't spend

I used to live in France a few years ago (working there)...and $35...which would be $29 euros...is NOTHING for a good tshirt. I remember having bought some goof RLs for over $80. In the US however, it's much cheaper

My dad has a t-shirt manufacturing company, i will go and give him the photo..

Ask him to manufacture that type in bulks

and sell to people like you

 

They are manufactured in my city and some minor damaged t-shirts of branded are sold for 300 - 500

 

I just could not make myself pay 35 for a t-shirt.
