Would you pay $2 for a stumble

A lot of you will be aware of the website, subvertandprofit dot com,
for those that are not it allows you to purchase diggs and stumbles.
They recently increased there price from $1 per digg/stumble to $2.

This seems like pure greed to me. Surely they don't think that this
will make them more money, i can't see anybody in there right
mind paying that. I was just wondering how many people agree.

'Em, I'm confused, can't you purchase Stumbles from StumbleUpon (assuming thats what your talking about) for like .05 cents per click ;)

If you are familiar with how stumbleupon/digg work then it is self explanitary, I
will assume then that you are not. a digg or a stumble is when people vote for a
site that they like (or because they are payed to), the sites that get the most votes get sent the most traffic. I am talking about a site where you can buy 1 vote for $2, you are talking about buying the traffic directly from the site i.e. they send you traffic even though no one voted for you

^^ Ha ha, you've got to be friggin' kidding me. But yeah, they send me a pretty good amount of traffic and I'm not sure what's going on but since I ordered StumbleUpon traffic, I'm seeing traffic come from all over. Not bad if you ask me :)

i believe if u get enough stumbles.. and its good content .. yes

My friend bought 100 stumbles for like $80 and as of right now.. he still gets 500 uni hits a day and he said that the page grew from 100 to 500+.

basically, buying stumbles is like buying stocks/investing

That is kind of expensive, but it depends on the situation.

what really matters is conversions, how well does this traffic typically convert?

You can get a zillion visitors from traffic exchanges, but no sales, or very few...

I thought they doubled their prices... it does work well for stumbleupon though. I guess the market will decide if its worth it or not.

That is just idiotic. People can trade stumbles here at DP, and get the same results, for free.
