Didn't look at the old theme but the new one looks good. Looks like it is going to do well with your Adsense cause the ads are everywhere. I would like to see the Categories be a different font though.

I have gone through your website. The design of the website is good. There is a JUSTIFY option in MS WORD. You can use the same thing for your posts as it will look good.
I'm regularly look the same theme been used for this niche, so maybe you can using other theme and another thing you don't need to have 2 same sizes adsense ads.. You can try used rectangular ads at your post.
It looks like it was professionally done. A very nice site. The only suggestion I have is the text halfway down the page should be centered or fill the right side of the page up with something. Other than that a very nice site and very informative as well. Good luck..

Website looks very clean and the colors are alright. You should have a first aid as your favicon to make the website look more professional. I suggest removing the calendar dates to make it look less like a blog and more like a resource.
i would recommend to go with this theme because it enhances the reading interest of readers with its nice/warm look
