Would you mind having ………

Would you mind having a female boss in your office? I mean, would you be comfortable as a male employee, to deal with your female boss without any ego male ego troubling you?

 

I would love to have female as my boss/HR.

 

I'm a female so I wouldn't mind.

The male ego thing is quite funny though.. (having male friends and all and seeing their perspectives on things )

 

I would hate it, females are (sorry galls) bad leaders. Not ment to harash them or discriminate it. But most of them are just too stressfull to take a project leading job.

 

They're better (and I'm generalizing) because women are more emotional (obvious) and therefore considerate males can be too! But you know about.. the business world

 

Nope .. I would have no problem at all.

 

I've got a female boss and it's no issue whatsoever. In my line of business people are judged on ability, not sex.

 

I'm my younger years when I worked for other people I have worked for both female and male bosses, what is the surprise? Both have had their qualities and faults but that is usually due to each individuals character or personality rather than their sex.

 

I have worked for both female and male bosses. A bad boss is a bad boss regardless of gender and the same for a good boss. I think women listen better.

 

i would prefer a female boss. They give you a patient hearing and are more accomodating.

No male egos whatso ever

 

I seem to get negative rep for my last post. No one seems to have thought of ppl just telling they're own experiences or something... It's my experience that when I'm working under a female boss that they always go stressy...

 

I love being under a woman....

 

I have work under both sexes , it all relies of the bosses personality and leadership skills not because their a female or male.

 

I've had both male and female bosses before, and their gender has never been a factor in determining how comfortable I was dealing with them. The quality of their character was always what did that for me. I've had wonderful bosses of both genders, and I've worked under people of both genders that I really didn't care for.

A big ego doesn't necessarily bother me unless that ego is used to belittle or harm another. I guess too much humility can also be difficult, as some people can't or refuse to take compliments and that can also make things awkward.
