    Off the grid! Solar is the way to go - especially if it's meant to be in Aussie.
    Agree about the plumbing though. That was one of the things raised about that movie The Lake House too.

    With all those sharks, whales, squids and other things letting loose in those waters, not to mention all the dead bodies, what difference does a little human defecation really make? lol

    Wow, I'd rent that for a holiday. Wouldn't have so much appeal in Winter but would be heavenly in Summer.

    In Swedish Lapland. I'd love to stay somewhere like that, it's beautiful. Plus I'm pretty much obsessed with anything and everything Scandinavian.
