I work full time online but I have to be disciplined and make sure I stay motivated.

Sometimes it's easy to get lazy and lose focus

I would love to work online full time. right now I devote something like 3-4hrs online. Well and that in India pay off my major bills.

No. Not at all. I am working online in my spare time and i would like to continue same. Working full time online is not suitable and good for those people who are not professional or technical in this field like SEO, web devoloper and designer. Full time working is for them. I will not spoil my career in Accountancy field just because i earn more online than real work. I will continue working part time online because i love to do it.
