New forum with less activity no i wont join sorry. Even the domain co.cc domain. Started promoting it?

how can you increase activity without members ?

i think that low activity is a problem as mentioned above, like you i have just started a forum, without content its probably very hard to crank start activity.

starting a new forum and make it work is such a hard thing. I have friend that did this and believe me: it isn't easy. They pulled a lot of strings and invested a lot of time, money and effort into it. Probably the best advice for now is to do those exchanges where you become member on another small forum and the owner becomes on yours. And then each of you do posts on the other forum.
