What type of control do people who add their forum get? When will advertising on your little network be available?
We will release our unique advertising once its ready and once the site is having a good stream of traffic. We have quite some daily traffic allready but we want around 5-10 times as much but advertising and marketing will start soon appart from the highly optimized content on the website!
I would sign up if it was your own unique forum software, but I don't like vBulletin due to the fact there is a license fee (not that we will have to pay it), and because I know of several 0day exploits for this web software, and I even found a RCE vuln in the moderator panel. Something private means nobody else will have the source, therefore cannot audit it. Regards, -Pierce
I don't see what it can hurt to try this. I have a forum on my website already. Can I link to each other or how would I go about doing this so it can benefit my site otherwise, what's the upside for us forum makers? Will we be able to have our own ads as well? Cher
