Would you follow a religion that proves to be the real deal?

The religion actually prove itself beyond a doubt, would you follow it? What if the religion conflicted with your beliefs, would you change your thinking? If you already follow a religion would you convert? Do you think other religous groups would start wars out of jealous, even though that one religion shown proof?

I'm not a religious guy, but if one comes about and actually proves itself, I would probably follow it.

I am following the real deal. All factual, no hypocrisy. Continual studying and research. Pure enjoyment of finding the truth of all matters.

You know the book of Psalms says "the meek and the righteous will inherit the earth". This means ones who are subject themselves to God's authority and are teachable.

There is no way I could possibly convert to anything else. Once you find the truth why would you let it go? Especially considering the factors I stated in the above paragraph.

    Col :)

If this religion was 100% proven and with out any false facts and has some sort of tangible god I can see and everything just like they say I would believe.

Now, would I believe in something I can't see, hear? no.

You can't see radiation and you can't hear it either but you can believe radiation exists. What's so different about God? :)

Not if it conflicted with my beliefs of right or wrong. What if satan existed and he believed everyone should worship him. Technically, that is a religion because you have a seemingly all knowing "God". So he tells everyone to go out and kick puppies or something, would you do it? What if it were space aliens that have extremely high powers and knowledge and you were suppose to worship them. You could say that religion is "true" because they have a higher power and they could prove themselves to us. But what if they wanted us to kill eachother for there amusement in gladiator type tournaments to prove to them who loved them the most:)?
I know that is all way over the top, just having fun with this question:)

This is like asking "if there was a road that led you to a free car and a road that led you to a hungry lion, which one would you take?"

    Dumb question.

And for clarification I'm not a religious person at all, I'm atheist, but if for whatever reason a Christian/Muslim type religion was found to be 100% true (will never happen) I'd convert pretty quick. I wouldn't want a God that kills people just for the hell of it to be pissed off with me. But like I said this will never happen.

The real book from God? That's quite a claim. Does he endorse it or something?

    Just a few difference.,
One has to suffer or enjoy from his good or bad karma,
For every action there is an opposite reaction in the form of karma - Krishna

Hindus believe that the universe undergoes endless cycles of creation, preservation and dissolution.

Heaven or hell is not final ., its just a part of transformation , Blending with god is the final destiny for hindus.,

There is nothing called as judgement day, God is not a soul producing factory as per hinduism

Very poetic, but it seems that trying to be good to other people would be a more simple belief system to follow.

    You are 100% correct :).,

As per hinduism, A man need not pray god, There is no need to pray god, go to temples, think of god., all that is required for him to go to heaven (the intermediate stage), is to be good to others and do his family duties correctly., :)

Well wouldn't it then cease to be a religion, and begin being a science? Religion, by definition, requires some faith. If there is no doubt, can their be faith? In the absence of faith, is it religion?

There's no way of being sure if a religion is the real thing or not. If there would be a way to proove a religion is the "true" one than I think everyone would follow it

    You can measure radation!!!

Nobody knows if there is a God or not. People have faith and that is it. There is no proof either way and if there was how would you know it was real? You can't!
