    This is supposed to be a JOKE arrest form,but its on an actual POLICE WEBSITE!!

    I think it could be a SETUP of some kind!!

    Well it says down the bottom it's for entertainment purposes only... Are you sure it's a real police site because it is just a .org There is no government bits like states or .gov in the domain. Also it looks crappy and straight from 1996.
