Would you do anything differently?

    I'm looking for some advice on my adsense placement (bluetooth site in sig). Is there anything you would change? Where and what type of ad block would you recommmend using?

    Viewed from the UK, I'm seeing an ad in the 468x60 unit which is in Chinese, Japanese or some other character based language. All very strange, and ruining what is otherwise excellent ad placement and blending.
