It's not clear what that page is for. Use a meaningful <title> (i.e. tell teh visitor it's a photo album etc) and use clear calls to action.

 

well integrate a header with a telling title, do some for and back buttons

 

Your script still needs a lot of work done.
Have a browse around established gallery sites and you will soon recognize what is lacking in your gallery.
