I think you should make some improvments there. 2. The design rocks! I would keep it definatly. 3. The design is the best without a doubt. I would really make sure that people know what you are selling it seems very vague.
Software for samples in laboratory freezers? - that's very specialist - but I'd say the site seemed clear and explained what it's about well. EDIT - I didn't think it was cooling systems - I thought it was a database system to identify and track different samples Also - bear in mind that your specialist audience already comes to a site like that with some knowledge.
I really have no idea what your site is selling. At first I thought it was pc coolers, but then "unlimited users" threw me off. The design is very good though. But your wording definitely needs some work
