    Hmmm... This entire concept gives me an idea... with minions for my future empire being paid only 30 dollars a month I could rule the world with an expenditure of my government being so small that it would be insignificant - and everyone's taxes would be low.

    Secondly, if you're doing web work PHP, C++ C#, I would recommend you charge per job, not sell yourself short as a way of advertisement (I guess?).
