Let us know which one it is then... It doesn't matter anymore anyways...

They could have had the links put up quite recently, before the PR was factored into the equation.

Well, if the links were put up only a month before the update, they may not have been factored into that particular PR update.

In other words, you won't really know if the site passes PR until the next update.

Well, that page that is a PR0 was a PR8 earlier today (which had to be because of the PR9), so it must have been up there for some time already.

That might just be a glitch (In fact, I'd be amazed if it wasn't)...

I haven't heard any talk about a PR update recently, so it may just be that Google had a little bit of a glitch...

Like I say, I wouldn't worry about it.

I would still get it (Especially if it costs as little as that).

At the end of the say, all you can loose is $400.
I'm not saying that isn't a lot of money, I'm just saying that the potential benefits greatly outweigh the chance that the site isn't passing PR.

    Go for it...

    I certianly would.

It looks to me like there is a PR update that has just started. Only an hour or so ago. I have a ton of pages that only went live 2 weeks ago and they just started showing PR as well.

The internal pages of this (once PR8) site also have all gone down to PR5s, etc.. instead of PR7s.

I'm not seeing any movement on any of the datacentres for our sites.

Can you confirm the update on any other sites?

Hmm, it's gone back to the 8 and my pages have gone back to unranked. It was definitely there though - I double checked because I was obviously taken aback.

-- another half hour later ...

Edit: it's gone back to a 0 again. I've confirmed the PR has changed on numerous pages on my site as well, which haven't had a PR till now. Also seeing a PR change on another site that I did some work on - this one briefly had changed a few weeks back and looks like it's changing back again. This is definitely some sort of update - I'm not just seeing things. :)

Ok, I just checked that tool and new PR is on the following datacentres:
    216.239.57.99 and 216.239.57.104

Maybe you're not seeing it, because nothing has changed for the site in question. I've found at least five sites with new page ranks now. Here's an example: www.sleepinginairports.com

BTW, over at SEOCHAT they're actually talking of a backlink update as well.. haven't seen that yet though.

I've heard the talk about the backlinks, but this is the first I have seen of PR updating...

From what I have heard and seen so far, it's only updating the US sites at the moment.

I have checked my blog which is definetly due to go up next update, and That's not moving, neither are any of our other sites that We have expeted to move. All of them happen to be UK based sites.

    That's weird...
