    Nope, there are quite a lot of amazing offers over the internet. For example, Register.com offers 1$ domains., so does Network Solutions.
    Try competitive prices like 6 or 5$ that would fetch you amazing results.

    It all depends on who you buy the domain from,I would rather pay just a small amount extra and get a good reliable service than a cheap domain and un-reliable service.

    You can buy it for $10/year at godaddy. However, whether or not you would be willing to pay that much depends on the domain if its premium or what else. People have paid 10-15million dollars for a nice premium domain like business.com.

    depends on the quality of the domain, if the domain name is good enough or it is premium, then definately i will go for it
